Racimo came-to-be from a conversation with someone about how they didn’t like bananas with marks on them.⁠ In Latin America, it’s rare to purchase a banana without marks. This piece examines how Latin America exports the perfect unmarked produce to the United States and keeps the “ugly” bananas for themselves. (SOLD)
